Better cuts. Better hosting.
The Premium Entertainer Box was designed to remove the guesswork from entertaining.
This platter comfortably serves 10–12 guests and showcases each cut the way it should be enjoyed.
What You'll Use:
From your Premium Entertainer Box:
- Beef Fillet Steaks
- Beef Ribeye Steaks
- Beef Sirloin Steaks
- Skinny Lamb Rib Chops
- Boerewors
- Drywors
Step 1: Start The Experience
Place bowls of sliced drywors around your table before guests arrive.
This gives people something to enjoy while the fire settles and immediately creates a relaxed atmosphere.
Step 2: The Starter
Cook the lamb rib chops over a hot fire.
Serve them first on a wooden board with:
- Chimichurri
- Roasted garlic butter
- Lemon wedges
Small cuts. Big flavour.
Step 3: Build The Main Platter
Cook and rest all steaks before slicing.
Arrange each cut separately:
- Fillet
- Ribeye
- Sirloin
Allow guests to experience the difference between each cut.
Add sliced boerewors between the steaks to create visual separation and variety.
Step 4: Finish Simply
Add:
- Grilled lemon
- Fresh herbs
- Wholegrain mustard
- Chimichurri
- Garlic butter
Avoid heavy sauces.
The meat should remain the hero.
Hosting Tips:
- Light the fire earlier than you think.
- Rest every steak for at least 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain.
- Bring food out in stages rather than all at once.
- Keep side dishes simple and let the quality of the meat lead the experience.
A great platter isn’t about quantity.
It’s about serving great meat properly.
