Ingredients:
- 2 kg picanha steak, cut into 1 cm thick slices
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
