Lamb Ribs with Mustard and Thyme Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of lamb ribs
- 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1 tsp of paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, olive oil, garlic, thyme, and paprika.
- Place the lamb ribs in a large shallow dish and pour the marinade over the ribs.
- Use your hands to rub the marinade into the ribs until they are completely coated.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight if possible.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
