Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of lamb ribs, cut into individual pieces
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 large onions, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of freshly chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the lamb ribs and cook until they are lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
