AIR-FRYER RIBS

Sticky, caramelised ribs in under 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack pre-cooked pork ribs 
  • 2–3 tbsp BBQ sauce 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or chilli flakes 


Method:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C 
  2. Remove ribs from packaging and pat dry lightly 
  3. Brush ribs with olive oil 
  4. Coat generously with BBQ sauce 
  5. Place ribs in air fryer (avoid overcrowding) 
  6. Cook for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway 
  7. Increase heat to 200°C for final 2–3 minutes to caramelise 
  8. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving 


Pro Tips:

  • Use foil or liner to reduce cleanup 
  • For extra glaze, baste again halfway through cooking 
  • Cut ribs into smaller sections for faster crisping
